We are a state-wide consumer organization. Our membership includes guide dog handlers as well as those who are interested in becoming guide dog handlers. We are puppy raisers, friends and family members of guide dog users. The majority of us are blind or visually impaired.

We are an affiliate of the Washington Council of the Blind and a chapter of Guide Dog Users Inc. Both these organizations are affiliates of the American Council of the blind.
